There's a lot of money going around in CFB that schools are coming up with asinine ways to spend it (big video board) rather than it trickling down to the players who actually need it

The NFL uses the NCAA's as an uncompensated minor league program. It benefits the NFL and the colleges, but not the players. There needs to be a minor league football organization that allows for high school kids or non drafted college kids to play in for pay.
