Anyone else getting random power outages?

My power keeps going out, for a second, and then comes back on almost immediately. I think it's the winds, because there's no rain or lightening in the area.
It's getting annoying. Just lost a game in Madden because of this bullshite

Generally when the power is out you CAN'T TURN ON THE CONSOLE. Generator aside.
And we used to have the same issue at my parent's until LG&E was forced to come in and replace the transformers. shite would go out on a whim, especially with wind or rain.
