Pushups are literally the only exercise you need to do.

Stabilizing your body in the pushup position works out the essential compound muscles such as your back, legs, and knees.

The pushing motion incorporates the biceps, triceps, chest, and calves.

The heavier you weigh, the more challenging, essentially the same as bench pressing your own body weight.

Adding repetitions brings about the cardio aspect.

100 pushups is the equivalent of running 12 miles and you don't have to worry about "Runner's Diarrhea".

Nice job man. I HATE long running, so the only thing I do is HIIT, although not right now as I'm only 3 months out from a broken leg.

The best thing for health and fitness is a daily dose of sex.

Lots of folks I know have dropped dead from running but damn few died in bed from a vigorous sexual workout.

Got my fitbit charge.

Been watching what I eat, and I try to get 10k steps and 10 floors every day.

Dropped 6 pounds so far.

I'm headed back to the gym today after a week off because of another kidney stone. I hate when I get out of my routine it is always harder to get your mojo back after time off.

So I broke down and bought p90. Not p90x just p90. I'm turning 25 on Friday and I'm the heaviest I've ever been (205). A lot of it is beer weight I have put on in the past year and eating fast food a lot recently. I've put on 20 lbs since I started dating the new gf 5 months ago and it's killing me. I will start Monday, and this week and weekend will be my last drinking a lot of beer and bad food. Anyone done the workout. I haven't worked out since I was 21 so I went for the p 90 route instead of p90x. I plan to stick by the recipes they provide for the whole time and of course have a couple cheat days here and there and only drink on Friday or Saturday and limit myself to 6 beers. Anyone done this before? Reviews on line seem to be pretty good and I know p90x is huge on the OT. I figure I do this for 2 months, maybe the full 3 then go to X once I build up some stamina again. Thanks for any tips.
