It's pretty obvious which school made the better hire 3 years ago.

Gus, Bret isn't going to do much better than he is. At least Gus won a league championship for Auburn. Bret won't get to ATL.

Lol, even though I have lost almost all faith in Gus, I would rather he be our coach for the rest of my life than have Bert for 1 season.

Bert would do great at auburn. Auburn does have better talent. Hell, auburn is a much better job.

After hearing the AU girl insider chick talk about how fricking dysfunctional AU athletics is from the top down I think anyone with a brain would take Fat Bert. Apparently Gustav is quite the idiot on managing the program and the results are reflective of that. Hopefully he continues running AU into the ground just like his predecessor.

Wow. What a tough one. I guess Lyle because Gus is clearly way out of his league. Even though I feel Lyle is not SEC caliber, I believe he could grow into one. Not a great one, but a below average to average coach.
Gustav is just a complete fraud. He is an OC that was promoted to HC. He can't even talk about defense in an intelligent manner. He doesn't even try to talk defense because he doesn't want to further expose himself.

Gus Malzahn has an SEC Championship and a 2-1 overall record against Bret Bielema.
Also, Gus Malzahn had 7 SEC wins in 2013 (8 counting the SEC Championship Game). Bret Bielema has 7 total SEC wins during his 3 seasons at Arkansas.

I am happy that both are coaches in the SEC west.
Their combined number of wins vs MSU is....

So Bert's best year is one win more than Gus's worse year.
