quote:

"Regarding Kipp Adams CB to Auburn, he says that there is a couple of people in Bama and Georgia that think Auburn has a shot, but everyone he talked to says that Tennessee is the strong favorite and that Auburn would be considered a huge underdog at this point to land him."

So since you wouldn't give me the source of the quote, I looked it up. The source of the quote you posted is Volnation (LOL you read Volnation). They were quoting or attempting to quote Ryan Callahan who is from 247.

They kind of get the gist of his message across but they make it seem like Kipp is the one hearing things from Tennessee. Here's the actual quote in response to someone asking about Kipp Adams' pick:

quote:

Nothing seems to have changed at all, based on everything I've heard, but there are some people in Alabama — and perhaps some in Georgia — who think Auburn has a real shot.

I'll say this: Not many people I've talked with really think Auburn is a serious threat. Sometimes there are surprises that really catch people off-guard on signing day and in the hours leading up to it, but I think it's safe to say it would be a major surprise if Warrior chooses Auburn.

So basically people in Georgia and Alabama are hearing Auburn. People in Tennessee are hearing UT. Which is no surprise
