I dont like how Fromm pretty much lobbed the ball on that TD pass. That was the second time he did that today, and apparently he was doing it all week. I know he has arm strength, so hopefully we can work on that once he gets here.

Since apparently you only play playstation football...ya know how when you hold the button down hard it's a laser pass but when you just tap it it's a lob pass? Sometimes you need to just do the tap instead of holding it down.

and yet, him putting "touch" on the ball only got the ball to the guys knees, where he had to reach down to catch it. The receiver absolutely destroyed the CB, so he was able to catch the ball that was at his knees and still score.

Sorry he didn't throw an absolutely perfect pass as he got hit by a 300 pound defensive lineman. He made a great read, stepped up in the pocket and made a really good throw. Not sure what reason there is to complain about that.

Eason would have either got sacked or thrown the ball 10 yards past the receiver.

The ball was gone before he was hit. He didnt even try to follow through with his arm. It was almost like a shot put, but I wont say anything negative about any of our commitments. All are perfect, no matter what people have seen the whole week in San Antonio.

How the heck could you possibly know that. It's never good to project what you think a player would or would not have done.

Eason might have done exactly what you think. Or he might have hit the receiver right in the hands and had a TD. He has done both this past year as a true freshman.

Why are our fanbase's opinions on QBs always shitty?

He said afterward that he'd read the defense previously and saw the matchup, told the receiver what he wanted before the play, and gave him an easy pass that could be caught and scored on. It wasn't the "OMG ARM STRENGTH" pass everyone is obsessed with nowadays but it was a very heads up, intelligent read for a guy this young.

Where have you seen people slam on Fromm? And I have zero problem if our recruits do something bad, like when Demery got destroyed on the o line. That play right there by Fromm doesn't seem like one it's normal to complain about.

Apparently the coaches for the squads saw enough to name Fromm the captain of the East squad and start him at QB today
