One of the greatest stories I've ever heard in football.

Gets inured twice in 2 years. The latter of which is a month or so before the NC. Makes the biggest play in the biggest game of the year, and one of the greatest games of all time.

Embarrassed to admit this, but I seriously shed a tear or two when he returned that kick. Was obviously happy about the touchdown and it almost sealing the game, but it was mainly because it was Drake that did it. I was just really happy for the kid... amazing story.

I'll remember him as that fast dude who showed up in garbage time in 2012 and kicked arse, that dude who blew the Florida game wide open in 2014 with his speed, and also the dude who helped win us the Clemson game.

I always liked hearing my dad talk about George Teague's speed tracking down a WR in '92. Drake's KR TD will be the one my future kids hear about from me. Unbelievable speed, even better story.

He's a legend in my eyes.

I gave Drake a lot of crap when he was struggling in the middle of the season.

All of that went away on 1/11. If I ever see Drake somewhere I plan on shaking his hand and apologizing for ever doubting him.

Drake will be the young kid who got in Saban's doghouse, but turned it around to the point that Saban sent him to media days as a senior. Battled through a horrific injury and never quit. His hard work paid off on the biggest stage and was crucial to the championship win.
