Would be neat but I think the timing is off

Kelly bolted when he did because the NCAA started sniffing around the Oregin program. He got a little too bold in his dealings with handlers.
He is a risky hire for any college program. He is very aggressive about bending the rule book.

So tomorrow Ole Miss announces him as the highest paid recruiting coordinator in the NCAA????

Ole Miss has discarded the rule book and faces no disciplinary action. I don't think the NCAA is enforcing recruiting rules any longer. Going forward, the way to operate should be to act as if the NCAA doesn't exist, as for all intents and purposes, they don't.

No thanks. He and the Eagles shite everywhere. Anyone named Chip is bad in my book.

We don't have a chance anyway - Chip is not going back to college. First of all, he will have other NFL offers, second - rumors abound that he does not like the booster butt-kissing or recruiting parts of the college game, which is more than 50% of the job. He's an NFL man.

With college coaching skills.

Chip seemed to want (and got) control of player personnel decisions in Philadelphia. Based on his decisions in that role, I don't think another NFL franchise is going to give him that kind of authority.
So if he wants that in addition to head coaching responsibility, he might not get another NFL head coach job.
