You won....yeah. We lost......boo hoo. We moved on and got better and won the rest, y'all didn't. We won the SEC championship, y'all didn't. We are in the college playoffs, y'all aren't. Give your seniors a "We Beat Bama Twice" ring and send them out in a blaze of glory. At least they can tell their grandchildren that much.........

Umm. A lot of us did that ages ago. It's not very often that Ole Miss beats us, much less two years in a row.
A lot of them simply don't know how to handle it.
It's not enough that they won the game, oh no. They want to put on a tiny crown and burgundy velvet raiment and have us parade them around on our shoulders in addition.
As a result of that, a lot of 'Bama fans around here are putting on the trollface and rescinding their well wishes in favor of talking about fluke plays and illegal forward passes.

Honestly, it wasn't a very good point.
One troll refers directly to the outcome of a game a team lost.
The other troll sort of indirectly refers to the outcome of a game a team didn't even participate in.

What difference does it make now? Why are you discussing a game that was played at the first of the season? It did not stop Bama from doing anything this year. They still won the SEC championship and are in the playoffs. Exactly where is Ole Miss? This game is your season, so you can think what you want to, and frankly as a Bama fan I could not care less. I hated that we lost the game, especially at Bryant Denny, but it did not slow our guys down one bit, and may have helped them finish the season well. So thanks Ole Miss. Does that make you feel better?

I didn't read all of that, but I'm sure it is an awesome melt.
I guess the same can be said about the losses to Memphis, UF, and especially Arkansas with "the play".
Yet UA still won the West, the SECCG, and are in the playoffs for the second straight season.
