My 10 old grandson took me to see the new Star Wars in IMAX.
PS: He goes to the Georgia games with me, and we take 1 out of town trip together every year.

A new house! We were supposed to be in by Thanksgiving but the VA kept screwing around with the closing. We finally moved in this past Sunday.

Mine failed once...had to send it back to Springfield Armory to get the sear pin reworked. Was giving me double and triple fires (scared the s#1t outta me on the range one day--not supposed to be full auto LOL!) Good thing was SA's customer service was friggin awesome. Didn't spend a dime to get it worked including S&H.
BTW...what A-hole downvotes an active duty service member getting to come home for Christmas?? Wow...

The gift of one more Christmas with my little sis who has been in CICU at UAB Hospital since Thanksgiving. First year of my life with zero presents and likely the best ever. All the gifts went to her.
Plus, I got the hell out of Birmingham (sht hole-other than hospital) before the tornados rolled in Friday.

Got my wife tickets to see David Gilmour (Pink Floyd) in Chicago plus airfare. It's her last bucket list concert and he's only doing 3 U.S. cities.

Got to bring my dog down to Florida with the wife and her extended family (all European). Love the hell out of that dog (she's our child) so getting to bring her along this year rather than have to stick her in a kennel for a week has been wonderful. Everything else we've gotten has been gravy
