Is it discrimination because Bert is fat or did Arkansas State have a better team/record?

I don't know which bowl is "better". But, I do know NOLA is a bigger shithole than Memphis.

No. I'm not taking a position on the quality of the bowls themselves, but there are few places worse than Memphis, and most of them are shantytowns and slumtropolises in the Philippines and South America.

Arky vs. Kansas State is the second-worst bowl pairing. Only UCLA vs. Nebraska is worse.
If the Hogs don't beat KSU by 30, they will be a disappointment.
