Ha! Maybe the OP but I've maintained that he's going to stick with UGA after Kirby was hired.
Wasn't the best hire from an offensive prospective but one that was solid enough to keep Eason in the fold.
Will be a good battle over the next few years.

Is Will Grier returning to UF next season? I could have sworn I saw something a few weeks ago saying he was transferring. If so, does Treon start until his suspension is up or do y'all see Franks coming in and taking it from him?

Treon will have played his last snap at QB for UF after the bowl game.

Also, Luke del Rio will probably be our starter until Grier gets back. Assuming that Eason sticks with UGA today.
He's a former Bama quarterback. Transferred here and had to sit out this season.

Grier is staying from what I've read by insiders. Lots of rumors but nothing was ever solid.
I do know Mac has setup some rules for his return to the team. You know, like, don't take shite without our approval. :-)
Treon came out and said he wants to move positions. So I would imagine he'll move to the slot.
Del Rio will start the season. Franks and Trask will red shirt.
Grier, if he's around , would take over week 6 if Del Rio isn't cutting it.
The good news is Del Rio just had to be McElroy and McCarron solid. Nothing great. Just get the ball into wide open receivers hands and we'll be good.
So we'll see how it turns out.

Yeah, this was orchestrated by UGA's staff more than likely. Trying to get some positive momentum in the dead period more than likely. No way you send someone to cover this "event" if it isn't an inside job. Bravo, UGA.
