They have a factory rebate also, usually clips and a range bag or sometimes a hat.

Glock 26 for carry; Glock 19 if not.

Shot a couple of these at the range and liked the sights. Felt like it was a really natural gun to point and shoot. Didn't love the build of the one I tried out... polymer felt kind of cheap and almost too light? Will definitely try again though to see if it grows on me.

Thanks for the input. Will definitely do some more research but good to get opinions from gun owners. Had not heard that about the 1911 overall, other than the mag capacity being lower of course. I live only a few miles away from Marietta so not opposed to Glock, but my one hesitation there is the lack of a true "safety". I don't personally have an issue with it, but will want the Missus to learn how to fire it as well and I'm not sure how I feel about her handling a gun without one.

Also good to hear the opinion on 9mm defense ammo vs. 45 in terms of stopping power.
