must be way before my time.
Maryland made 10 million more in revenue and 16 million more in profits than State did last year and is building new facilities as we speak.
As for program status, unless you are 4 years old you would remember

This doesn't mean shite to new coaches.

We talking about football right? If we was talking about basketball maybe. They did have a few good seasons on the hardwood.

No but new facilities, more money, and a big name apparel company owner tie do
All things Maryland has over State

more profits
Made it this far before I realized you are a ignorant poo flinging monkey.
Maryland is deeply in the red and cutting back programs.
it is not a secret and has been a major topic covered by SI, CNN, and others.

The operating loss for the fiscal year ended June 30 is just a portion of Maryland's athletic department debt. It has racked up more than $95 million in debt in recent years, a figure that includes $31 million owed to the Atlantic Coast Conference to settle a lawsuit
Willful ignorance is the province of both fools and gumps.

We have brand new facilities...

more money
lol not salary wise (which is all that really matters to coaches). No way Maryland can match what we are paying him.

We have this as well with Adidas. One of their flagship schools.

Yeah they had horrific problems... and then joined the B1G
State made 2 million in profits in 2014 to Marylands 16...
Lets just say the problem has been solved which is why you havent heard of this "issue" since they signed with the B1G
Not only that they arent getting a full cut of B1G money yet
Sorry State isnt really that good of a job, I didnt create the world

Wow an article from 2013
So up to date
So relevant
Maryland is already back financially. They made 14 million dollars MORE than state in profits this year and its going to expand by 10 million more in profits in a year
State isnt known for academics but I thought you people were somewhat competent at 3rd grade math

State will not lose a coach to Maryland. Hope you come back and play again soon!

I'm not going to argue over this. When Mullen stays at MSU, it will tell you everything you need to know.

Neither is Bama, ol' chap.

I wouldn't go to LSU. I'm the winnest coach in school history. I got a national championship . I got 2 SEC crowns. I'm getting fired because I can't beat Bama.
If you really think that is the only reason than you're an idiot. LSU fans are sick of a more than predictable offense that has a high number of stupid penalties. And also sick of his unwillingness to change to the talent, rather than fit his I formation offense with a dual threat qb. We have had 3 different offensive coordinators and all had the same offense, something there doesn't make sense.
We are tired of premier talent with below mediocre coaching. When Bert and Hugh can out coach the mess out of you, and your talent is leagues better, Yea somethings gotta give.
Les Miles is easily an incredible man who was a great coach. I just personally believe the game has passed him by, since he has a unwillingness to adapt. I know huge Les Miles fans who are now on the boat because of the recent fiasco, that let's me know I'm not thinking too hastily.

What will be learned other than a coach that will accept a shite ton of money from an apathetic, used to losing, listless fanbase
Mullen isnt a top tier coach and State isnt a top 50 program
I really dont care
