The problem with Wisconsin is that their losses may be "good losses" but they have zero significant wins. The lost to the only two good teams on the schedule.
(And Ohio State is in the same category, just without the two losses because they have played NOBODY.)

UGA should be in there by next week.

Wisconsin's only losses to Iowa (should have won)and Alabama. Don't think they have had a particularly tough schedule but I agree they should be higher. They have yet to regain respect after their first game.

1) Ohio State
2) Clemson
3) Bama
4) UF
That would be my top four with okie state, Oklahoma, ND and Iowa looking in, in that order

It's pretty obvious how this will play out. Assuming Florida beats FSU and OSU wins out, it'll be Clemson, SEC champ, Big Ten champ. The only real question is, who gets fourth, ND or Oklahoma, or Oklahoma St?
Oklahoma plays #18 TCU and at #6 Oklahoma St. Their best wins were Baylor and Tennessee. They lost to 4-6 Texas.
Notre Dame plays Boston College and at #11 Stanford. Their best wins were Navy, USC, and Temple. They lost #1 Clemson.
Oklahoma St plays #10 Baylor and #7 Oklahoma. Their best win was TCU.
I think Oklahoma St is in if they win out. They have both games at home, so they have that in their favor. There might also be some who feel they were screwed before, and deserve a spot being undefeated this year.
But if they lose, it'll be very interesting. It will put the old Notre Dame bias to the test. Both are blue bloods, but Notre Dame is more national than OU. Though conference championships are supposedly a factor. OU getting the nod might finally convince Notre Dame that being an independent in the 21st Century doesn't work. They might finally formally join a conference when the next expansions occur.
If OSU loses to Michigan, but beats Iowa, or if Michigan ST takes the big ten title, both ND and Oklahoma could get in.
Ideally, I'd like to see Bama, OSU, Oklahoma, and either Clemson/Notre Dame. I'd like to see Bama play OSU and Oklahoma. OSU straight up beat us last year, and I'd like revenge. Oklahoma needs to play Bama in a meaningful game (to both teams). They need to be put their place. Plus, it would shut Stoops up.
