They are both in CFP

Is a rematch permitted in this case?

How about we just worry about Arkansas for the moment.

Maybe. UF would be a lock after winning the SECCG, probably #2. LSU would be going for the #4 spot (which is doable, just need some teams to lose).

No. It depends.
If LSU and Florida win out in the regular season, but so does Bama. Bama goes to Atlanta to play Florida. The winner will likely go to playoffs with the loser eliminated. LSU likely is left out in that scenario because only Bama is allowed to not win their division and go to the playoffs.
If Alabama were to stumble against Miss State or Auburn, and LSU wins out, then LSU would play Florida with the winner going to the playoffs.
Basically, LSU no longer controls their own destiny, but Florida and Alabama do.

Not going to happen in this universe. LSU will lose 2 of next 3. Florida will lose to FSU and Bama.

I see what you did here and actually they bypassed the playoffs and went straight to the Championship game

I think LSU can still get in, regardless of who wins the SECC. If they win out, and chaos rains like it has in past years, it's possible (WV/Pitt, Rematch). I'm sure the exact scenario could be figured out at this point. But in those last 2-3 weeks, weird things happen. So it's possible.
