frick you.
How would you feel if we held a pep rally on that sacred grass of yours? No doubt you wouldn't be pleased about it just like we felt like your yell practice on our State House grounds, that holds so much history to us, was a huge slap in the face. Get over your damn self.
Well. If you did that I wouldn't like it. The one area you're not allowed to step on the grass is the grass surrounding the Memorial Student Center. Since you are probably some military-hating liberal and are willing to trample on a memorial dedicated to fallen soldiers, then I don't know how to argue. Otherwise, your State House grounds hold "so much history"? What does that even mean? So no one is allowed to stand on the State House grounds? You take yourself way too seriously.

I think we all are straining to make a rivalry out of this thing.
Got nothing against South Carolina.
I just hope it is a good game and doesn't get delayed by lightning.

What's Maurice got to do with the rest of the bbq in South Carolina?

Both shitty? Mustard barbecue is garbage.

Looks like something my dog would throw up and then eat again.

I was waiting for somebody to mention Hemingway. I live in Kingstree

I agree. Also the best bbq in the state is east of 95 around the Kingstree/Hemingway area just saying

Everyone in SC thinks this as well. Only people from Ohio love HH.

y'all have no problem with Gamecock fans stomping all over the grass in front of your student center tonight, is that what you are saying?
We would have a problem. Why? Because that grass HAS A SIGN that says don't walk here and why.
If the courthouse had a sign that said "no yell practices" posted next to if we would have gone elsewhere. We just need some landmark that is easy to identify to get together and jizz all over. It doesn't have to be a courthouse.
Y'all need to be more proactive with sign postings. It's not our job to know what part of your state is sacred. We don't expect other people to just know what parts of Aggieland are special, we post signs and tell them about it all the damn time.

Then again, A&M is probably the least patriotic school in the U.S.

Yell Practice pissed y'all off? Why?
No one gives a shite about yell practice. Y'all could have done that at the Fair Grounds or Capital Stadium and hell, we'd probably have cold beer waiting for you.
The Statehouse means something to Carolinians. To see y'all jumping up and down on it and talk about beating the hell out of South Carolina on a war memorial (you know, the same thing that your grass is supposed to represent), was classless and uncalled for.
I don't expect you to understand up front. For an institution that talks so much about honor, respect, and tradition, you certainly don't give a frick about anyone else's history but your own. It would be much better, for everyone concerned, if you simply did it somewhere else next year.

Here we go.

Aggie fans have been doing this to LSU since they joined the SEC.
Rivalry application declined.

Is it true that they said South Carolina hadn't won a game in Texas since the 50's?

Ho. Lee. shite.
How could you be this upset over an innocuous yell practice lasting probably no more than an hour. No one was trying deface your Capitol or disrespect the state.
Get the frick over it.

Of course we were. Jizz and poop EVERYWHERE!

I wish to frick I'd bookmarked the links to threads y'all were in last year talking about the shite you were going to do to our State House and the grounds it sat on.
What that State House means to us (do some research and learn something new today) is just as important and relative to this Nation's history as your patch of grass is.
Damn. Just leave it at that. SCAR fans like aTm fans..don't ruin it for everyone. Just let this shite go.

Dumb.
There are signs all around the MSC that literally inform patrons that the grass around the facility is a war memorial. The grounds were expressly established as a war memorial.
No reasonable person would ever assume that participating in a public gathering on the footsteps of a state capitol is tantamount to shitting on fallen soldiers. In fact, capitols are specifically designed to facilite public expression. Your analogy is just terrible.
I suggest you stop being hurt over this.
