Richt was 1-2 against Zook? Yikes.

Zook's SEC record was 16-8, he had some decent wins as a coach. Muschamp was on an entirely different level of bad.

It's more impressive he has an overwhelming losing record against 4 different Florida coaches in his tenure at Georgia

What? He has an overwhelming losing record against Urban Meyer. He is 4-4 against the other three coaches.

So he is 4-3 against Zook and Muschamp.

That is correct. Does it still seem correct to say that Richt has an overwhelming losing record to all 4 of those coaches? Or maybe just one of them?

The initial post would be like me saying in Richt's tenure, Florida tight ends have combined to commit three homicides.

He has a losing record against three of them.

yes. but does he have an overwhelming losing record against all three?

Florida has owned us. I get that and will admit it. But Meyer did the bulk of the damage. By a wide margin. That's all I'm saying.

Beat the Bulldawgs this year. That's all that matters. Beat them without mercy.

like to troll with the USCreal and USCjr thing ... I mean it's not like Richt hasn't completely dominated SCAR and all as well (cough 8-7).

Epic fail.

Richt is 9-6 vs. South Carolina.

Florida is the only SEC team with a winning record vs. Richt.

In fact they are the only team with a winning record vs. Richt (excluding teams we've only played once).

Yeah ... that's definitely a dominating record over SCAR. My bad.

ETA: The epic fail, on my part (it was an honest one), was making the post with my little phone screen (and my old eyes) and counting the 2000 win by SCAR, while the 2015 loss by SCAR is not yet showing up in the football stassen data base. LINK

I never said it was dominant. (Historically it is a terrible record for us against South Carolina) Just wanted to point out that your number was wrong.

Generally when you seek to troll a team that just beat your team by over 30 you try to get your numbers correct right?

Kids don't care about that historical stuff ... they care about everything from about the time they are 12 years old and start paying attention a little bit ... and then they are recruitable around the age of 17-18 or so.

So let's say six years are what really matters.

Richt/UGA is 3-3 vs SCAR in the past six years.

Generally when UGA fans seek to troll a team that they are just 3-3 against over the past six years ... including a 35-7 beatdown loss on national TV where they avoided a shutout by the grace of the HBC feeling sorry for Richt ... you try to get your USCreal vs USCjr trolling correct, amirite?

Just saying, some of your UGA dawgettes have been laying it on a little thick and heavy lately, have they not? For no reason in particular ... unless they are reapplying for rivalry status ... amirite?

And in that span, Florida has won 2 national championships and a heisman winner

I'd rather take a roller coaster that reaches the the highest highs regardless of the lows than a straight line through (mediocrity isn't quite the word but you get the point)

You brought up history with the "Richt is 8-7" stuff. I just pointed out that you were incorrect. Not a huge deal. Not sure how I'm laying it on thick by saying a number is wrong, when it objectively is wrong.

No worries overall, I'm just glad you aren't posting pictures of men making out daily like you used to.

I don't think anyone would disagree with the fact that Carolina has had some damn good teams some of the last 6 years. We didn't always lose to the best USC teams, but that record shouldn't be that shocking.

What's hilarious is that in this thread rooster is arguing two things that aren't compatible:

1)Richt is bad against South Carolina because the series is 3-3 over the past six years

2)Richt is bad against Florida when over the past six years the series is,
wait for it, 3-3

scrooster, ladies and gentlemen

History doesn't matter, except when it does.

You use the term "epic fail" too loosely. Having a number off by one game doesn't scream epic fail to me.

But carry on.
