Easy idea, but you could make a jalapeno simple syrup for cocktails. It should come out looking like this:

Downward is Heavenward is by far my favorite. You'd Prefer an Astronaut brought the hits, but DIH was so complete as an album. Green to Me through The Scientists is basically flawless.

Agreed. "If You Are to Bloom" and "Ms Lazarus" are also hard to beat.

Hum. I know "Stars" made the radio, but they never got huge.

You'd prefer an Astronaut is my favorite album ever.

What do you think of Downward is Heavenward? I like You'd Prefer... pretty well, but DIH is the Hum album that really blows me away. Feels like listening to the long lost sequel to Siamese Dream, in the best way possible.

Terrapin Guano Loco. I was looking forward to it, since I like beers that have chocolate/cocoa. I also like a little bit of spice. Not sure if bad bottle or bad batch, but I sincerely thought it tasted like feces with a touch of green bell pepper.

I like spicy beers if done right (as in chili peppers). For example, Birdsong brewery in Charlotte makes a jalapeno pale ale that is one of my favorite beers ever. This stuff, however, was completely undrinkable. Literally like drinking hot sauce. I have no doubt that drinking a whole bottle would cause extreme liquid shites and/or logs in pants. I imagine it could be good for cooking though.
Sparred with Torris Bright last night, and he's gotten pretty good with a saber.
Not surprising, as he had one of the best front pivot and drop steps I've ever seen in college ball.

This is a truly sad day for the coaching world. Most experts seemed to agree that he was primed for one last big gig - a SCAR, a Mizzou, a UVA, or even an LSU had Miles been canned. Sad day.
Sweet cream ice cream, candied bacon pieces, salted caramel swirl, mini chocolate footballs, and crunchy nut(t) clusters.

Just found a batch of this stuff in Breaux Mart. Damn good shite.

Bill Curry to LSU?

Where there's smoke there's fire. And more and more, there's some serious smoke here.

Fiery crash.

Gary Danielson to Miami

Rumblings from South Beach are that the brass at The U are damn impressed with Danielson's analysis on CBS that they're going to make him their head man, provided he hires decent assistant coaches. Not sure if the Joe Lee Dunn as D coordinator is just a rumor, but things could get interesting, folks.....
Probably Watson Brown. They need experience and integrity ASAP.
Well, some rumblings of "Bower Power" for the USC Trojans, but we'll wait and see.

But, but, but he's heard "rumblings" from SC all the way down to tha "U".

I travel. Frequently.
It. Just. Makes. Sense. It's no secret that the success that Clemson is enjoying now is because Tommy West was the architect; he was just never able to enjoy the fruits of his labor. Same goes for Memphis. West is a big game coach who gets the most out of his young men. He's one of the best defensive minds in the biz, so look for S.CAR or The U to pick him up and get a real steal. The Joey Galloways and Trevor Matiches of the world may not call it a slam dunk hire, but that's because they're more concerned with flavor of the week types. West is the real deal.
