He may be the only one to stay commited.

He and his family are all about the U.

Aren't you guys going after McCloud, the LB?

Richards is actually the one I want at receiver from Miami, UF can have Bruce. The kid is short and I would rather see Auburn go after some kids that can high point the ball and get over corners.

Bruce is short.

He is also a gamer.

Think AR likes Bama.

we have about 4 or 5 of those short slot receivers (under 5'10) on roster now, this one would be no different in us not getting him the ball. I would rather see us take some big guys that we can put on the outside to go get the ball.

Probably. The question is who do you take?
-4* Mykel Jones
-4* Cavin Ridley
-4* Keith Gavin
-4* Demetris Robertson
-4* Trevon Diggs

Good chance Richards ends up at Bama, they just have to decide which WRs they want this year.

I know they also offered both DE commits after they pledged to Miami, so I wouldn't be shocked if they pursue. Same with the RB commit.

Of course, losing Cristobal to anyone might limit Bama's chances at any of them...

I'm just saying that we do a poor job of getting those guys the ball to let them shine. A team like Bama that does a lot of screens to get it in their hands do better than us. A&M is another good example of getting them the ball and letting them do their thing.

Hell, there were coaches that described Trovon Reed as a ghost on the field and we failed with him just like we would anyone else. Our MO is now that we run the ball a lot and then try to go over the top to stretch the field. It's not an awesome plan but that is what our coaches like to do. Big receivers would do better with what we do.

Trovon Reed was garbage as a WR. He should have been CB his whole career.

Bad comparison

A solid comparison for Bruce would be Steve Smith from the panthers
