I am not sure he would be in the top three of the Alabama Coach search.

lol, Clemson has been consistently better last 4-5 years than every SEC program other than Bama.

you have no clue what Dabo would do, neither do I.

I think he would. Squarely at three. Make the top two say no. If they do, you know Dabo would accept and it wouldn't embarrass Alabama by continuing the search.

So like... 3 different SEC schools have been to the national championship game the last 5 years. Clemson isn't even in the same conversation.

Two things to look out for: the next Hernandez murder trial. From what I understand it will have information related to incidents in Florida involved. We all know Meyer turned a blind eye to very serious incidents with Harvin. There's a good possibility he did the same with Hernandez.

consistent was the key word in my previous post.

Auburn is hot and cold and 2 years ago they were a lucky average team, defense was terrible.

the rape allegation has broke prior to FSU's acc title game with Duke and the national title and Winston looked worse than I ever seen him and he still beat Auburn.

TN has to talk about other SEC schools b/c can't talk about TN anymore. lol one reason for that is Clemson kills TN in recruiting

Lmao. Memphis will finish with a better record than maybe one or two teams in the SEC, that doesn't mean there aren't 12-14 teams in the SEC Justin Fuente would rather coach next year.

I used to think Dabo would be a horrible hire with all of his "Clemsoning" and inability to beat his rival but at the end of the day his program is one of very few in America that is consistently good every year. He is a great recruiter and is the best coach Clemson has had since the 80's. He has far exceeded what can be expected of a coach at Clemson.

He underachieved. That state produces studs. All he had to do was lock down in-state recruiting and steal a couple from the Atlanta area and he could have been competing for real championships.

Clemson has won 33 in a row over unranked teams but people talking about Clemsoning and their only real example of that is West Virginia game and the FSU game at Clemson two years ago, both very good teams with NFL QBS and other NFL talent.

Lot of you guys are going gaga over the Memphis coach and Lane Kiffen and others who don't have Dabo's resume, etc.

Btw, for all of you guys who say SEC is a bloodbathe, name one current SEC qb that non-SEC teams would be real worried about.

he could take it, it depends on a lot of things. you can't read his mind.

I don't think he will recruit better at bama than Clemson because he's recruiting well at Clemson.

he's been at Clemson longer than Bama.

I doubt most coaches are going to want to follow Saban at this point because Bama fans are nuts and act like they should win title 9 out of 10 years. lol

other than Saban, which current SEC coach is better than Dabo? Butch? lol SEC has a lot of bozo coaches but some you guys act like Dabo isn't smooth enough to coach in the SEC. get real

you are delusional. no other way to put it. Alabama is on a completely different level than Clemson even if Dabo weren't Dabo. but the thing is, he's Dabo, making this all a moot point.
