A former LSU player and current player were just named in this whole Louisville scandal breaking today. Makes you wonder what LSU countered with for their signature, especially considering the class the signed this last year as well.

Basketball recruiting is as shady as football recruiting back in the 80's.
Calipari, Self, K, Williams, Arizona coach (name escapes me), Pastner, etc. - none are above board.
When NBA allows kids to enter on the one and done basis, it makes it ripe for cheating and not even having to attend class for that year if they don't want to.
The interest in LSU hoops and in the SEC outside UK will continue to decline.

LSU's two best players are Tim Quarterman from last year's team and Ben Simmons, the #1 incoming recruit, with Keith Hornsby right behind.
LSU countered with their signatures college basketball scholarships.
Blakeny is going to compete with Hornsby and Josh Gray for playing time at guard.
Mickey is in the NBA.

Not to point thread in different direction, but I think UL basketball head coach and basketball program should receive same punishment as Penn State football coach and program.

I agree. There's a difference in breaking NCAA rules and breaking the law. I think prostitutes crosses that line.
