Didn't watch it live. Saw the score. Almost didn't watch it recorded. The shite show was too inviting so I had to watch the futility. Kind of like slowing to look at a car accident. Nothing new in my post, but just come observations/confirmations.

1. We'd be better off not playing with a LG and RG. Them being there gives a false sense of security in thinking they will do something. I seriously lost track of how many times guys went by untouched because it happened so much. Truly was comical. Snap. Defender blows by. Hall reacts after defender is 3 steps past him with a "Whoa!!! Where'd he go?!?!" type of reaction. Him and the LG are truly atrocious and should never see the field.

2. Our OL is a bunch of pussies. That strength and conditioning program ain't doing shite currently. There were more than a few plays where our OL was simply put on their asses. Literally had multiple guys on the ground while the defenders continued on with the play.

3. Boehm still works his arse off and does well for the most part, but even his snaps have been erratic at times. Feel bad for him because he can't block 4 guys by himself even though you can tell he wants too.

4. Crawford has potential but he too gets beat way too often. McGovern is so obviously out of position. The 2 aren't nearly as bad as our guards, but frick if they don't get beat regularly too. Have got to move McGovern back inside and at least give us a base to work off of. Weakens 1 spot instead of 2.

5. Once again, whoever makes the personnel calls should be shot for using Witter over Jimmy in row 7, seat 16. He's just not and never will be an answer.

6. Our defense is stout. Not bashing them. But even with as great as they were, our tackling at times can be comical and the drops on EASY interceptions was almost embarrassing.

7. Play calling. Just can't be explained away. Capped off with an option play with just over a minute left???? Really??? I would have thought someone was fricking with me if I didn't see it with my own two eyes.

8. Lock really only had 1 or 2 ill advised/poor passes. The rest of the time he was trying not to die. He had absolutely no time back there thanks to the line. They have to do something or he won't see 2016.

9. Bottom line...we're getting Lock valuable experience and I've written off this season, simply hoping they maybe make a bowl game but that I don't even really care about. I'm more interested in preparing for next year.

My 2 hopes...Boehm and McGovern(at RG) can keep playing. Freaking sit everyone else. Maybe Crawford at LT if that's where you think he ultimately ends. Otherwise start giving these young OLinemen some real experience. Sit the rest of those damn seniors in their last year because their effort much less talent is putrid. Put in Rhodes. Put in Adams. Put in Bailey. And I'm not talking about for a snap or two. Get them experience now. NOT next year.

Forgot #10.

10. frick missed chip shot FG's. I'll be happy when those days are behind us. Of course, I take partial blame. I had just told my brother last week that at least Baggett had been relatively dependable and maybe we won't lose a game in part because of him. fricking wrong once again.

Spot on assessment in my opinion... Obviously our opinion doesn't mean much because I assume we will hear about how the little things are the reason we can barely achieve 200 yards of offense....

Pinkel should feel ashamed. Mark Richt of all people basically said your offense is horrible and you don't have the aptitude or stones to beat our back 7 of mostly freshman and sophomores.

I've tried not to name names. But since you did, Hall is the ab-so-lute worst O-lineman at Mizzou in a long time. He consistently plays poorly. I don't know what it is about him, but it's real.

Sometime in the second half, Mizzou was penalized for illegal formation. The RT at the time was backed off the line of scrimmage to far. The OL can't even line-up correctly. Just basic, simple things.

I feel sorry for Lock... I really do...

He had an opportunity to be apart of a strong coaching staff that gets the best out of every position at Michigan and his loyalty kept him at Mizzou. Although I am happy he is here, I totally understand why top talent is hard to get in Columbia....

The reality of the situation is we took advantage of opponents during rebuilding years and never translated that to an opportunity for us to become a better program. Pinkel is smart in the regard he schedule weak opponents to get to 4 wins and takes advantage of the schedule against non top 25 opponents. He is very subpar against top 25 talent at a clip of 17-39 I believe but somehow he gets paid as a top tier coach.

I don't like putting everything on players because as a coach you should recognize your teams limitations and its strengths. You should be able to get out of your own way and recognize maybe stability of a coaching staff should not outweigh offensive ingenuity. If I am Mack Rhoades I have to really think about my legacy on the big 2 sports and determine what's best for this program moving forward.

Just don't care anymore. It's all been rehashed over and over.

We suck and are wasting one of the best defenses we have had.

There's always next year. Time to flush this turd down the toilet.

Yeh I think Boehm is the only things that has kept Lock from being killed outright. He seems to be the only one with feet that work also. Usually the NT disappears. The rest seem to run right through the rest of the line. Boehm unfortunately is only one man and can do only so much.

I name names not to slam the player. He is what he is and is not what he is not. I name the names so there is no question where I am doubting the staff. Not so much the player

Part of the problem...2012 we only took two OLinemen. Boehm and Jordan Williams. I remember griping about that at the time. 2 just wasn't going to cut it.

2013 we only took 3, one of which was Harneet Gill. Abeln and Rhodes in that class too. Then we took 5 and 4.

Whoever planned out those numbers gave us absolutely no room for error on the OL. Taking just 2 or 3 means those 2 or 3 better be contributors. So far only Boehm is.

I truly believe OL is the issue. Fix that, and some of the rest falls into place. Recruiting is definitely part of the issue there. But so is the coaching. I refuse to believe some of the issues, like the obvious confusion, could be be fixed with good OL coaching.

Its been 7 weeks into the season. We have two guys that are supposed to be NFL caliber on the O line. Hard to believe they will get any better. Just hope the ones that come in next year have an idea or we are in for another year of this kind of crap offense.

I have no problem letting Boehm finish out the year. I have no problem playing McGovern play RG.

Beyond that, frick this year and play the young guys to get them experience just like you're giving Lock that experience. I'd rather them get their shite pushed in this year, which is already a waste, and learn from it instead of waiting until next year to get their shite pushed in and learn from it.

How did Henson and Ricker even get hired at Mizzou? How did they make it as coaches in D1 football? Seriously I wouldn't even hire them to coach my local high school team.

Henson because he's good
Ricker - that's a good question

Surely there is a "Offensive Line for Dummies" Ricker can read up on to get some of the second- and third-string lineman to the point they can at least get in the way of the defensive lineman. That would be a first step improvement.

If we're talking about Offense, I bought Martin Rucker a shot before the game.

Also Cam may just have the best hands on the receiving core. (not saying for punts)

You always want to make a bowl. Not so much for the game itself, but for the month of extra practices you get.
