The LSU fans I sat with were very impressed at how talented and well coached your team is. Your team is back and looks like they're headed to Atlanta. The fans I interacted with were classy and friendly as well. Thoroughly enjoyed it and hope our team can meet yours for the title!

It was a classic game, full of unexpected moements. I hope Mac learned about the mad hatter.
Great game, really enjoyed it.

Yes. No doubt. UF played an exceptional game. It sucks to lose but McElwain created a great game plan and he got every ounce of production that he could get out of his team.

Mac is truly a miracle worker.
To be 6-1 at this point was unthinkable at the beginning of the year.
No OL, no QB since 2009, and no LBs. He brought OL, and has coached them up to be competitive.
I'm super happy at this point, the future is bright. Order in the east has been restored.

Not really... If not for terrible special teams play we beat UF by 21.

It looked like LSU was going secure it after 2Q but to Florida's credit, they adjusted & played a very good 3Q. LSU's execution & playcalling had a little to do with that. I thought Fla was going to win after 3Q but the Tigers proved me wrong.

It evens itself out. LSU hit a Hail Mary to end the half after our DB fell down, y'all hit on a big play on a flea flicker, and y'all had a fake field goal to score. That's 21 points off gimmicky plays. It all evens out and the better team last night won the game.

You forgot that recovered fumble in the first.
I agree that the better team won. We should have not played undisciplined D in the first half. That TD to close the half was a killer.

The game waa close because Florida played great. Yeah special teams almost cost us, but Florida was very impressive. I can't see them losing another game this season if they keep playing at that level.

Not really, you got a TD on a fake field goal that really made the difference. In the second half, all you guys had was LF and it was enough to get the win. But don't act like LSU was that much better than Florida, because they weren't. Good game last night, so let's not go there with the extreme homerism because you all won. See you in the SECCG!

You're right all we did in the 2nd half was run Fournette. That's all we needed to do. The responsibility doesn't fall on Miles to do anything else. If your coach can't stop it, Miles doesn't have to change things up. The "all you have is Fournette" schtick is more a criticism of other coaches than it is of our team.

Florida is for REAL! They have playmakers and Mr. Harris (on the Gator sidelines) played exceptionally well for most of the game. He can throw AND is very elusive. The Gator defense is as tough as they come. Gator nation should be excited to see their team play at a championship level again. I give them a better chance at reaching ATL than LSU based on their remaining schedule. They get by Georgia they are booking their ticket. Well coached team and they play with heart and passion. What a game last night! I was extremely impressed with BOTH teams personnel. A rematch could be looming indeed. However, we all know the SEC championship goes thru Ala...... LSU played great last night but they have to play better in Tuscaloosa to win.

I'll agree. UF has an easier out to the SEC game than LSU. Good luck
