We gotta wait and see. I'm not ready to compare them to Richt's 6-7 team just yet....

This team is fully capable of losing tonight, and then losing to Florida and Auburn. And perhaps Tech, too. 5 losses or possibly even 6 would not be out of the ballpark.

Lambert cannot be trusted. And clearly Ramsey is not an option. Running game can't compensate. Defense is just asked to do too much and secondary is the weak point there with lots of youngsters starting.

That said...if Lambert suddenly stopped being Lambert, it would have a major effect on the offense. Dude could easily have 4 INTs in this game already.

You know as bad as Lambert has been, not giving Bauta a chance is our coaching staffs refusal to play a QB who doesn't fit the "exact" system they want to run right now.
When you can't score more than 3 points in a half against a team like Mizzou, you improvise.

God I hate Spurrier, but he would take this team we are fielding right now and do some crazy shite to score points.

If Lambert and Ramsey can't get the ball down the field with their arms, maybe its time to try Bauta.

And it's not that we are just bad...you just get the sense that this is the best we can do....that's gut wrenching and disheartening....

Everybody knows how I feel about our coaching staff, but I'll wait until the end of the game to rant about that.

Our players, school, and state deserve better than this.

I have no more desire to see the Dawgs compete for the East.

I haven't felt this apathetic about our team since 2010.

Richt's system requires a very good quarterback that can make reads really well and throw with accuracy. Lambert looks the part but doesn't seem to have the mental skills. Bauta doesn't fit the system and to make good use of him, we would probably need to alter things quite a bit to use his running ability. He's clearly not the answer for a pro offense or he would be out there.

But I agree...considering the situation we're in, why not change some things up for the sake of this season?

Bull-loney. I dont like richt at all, but you gotta believe Bauta is an absolte abortion on the field or we would have seen him in action already. Remember Logan Grey.

Everyone has a right to an abortion, though.....

We have 5 games left. Of the 5 one is a cream puff so there is our 6th win. Between the remaining 4 games, we could win 1 more. That puts us at 8 - 4 or maybe 7 - 5. We have another "successful" year and the madness starts over again next year. Bad news is that UF is back and they will be stout for a while. I am not worried though. I know Richt will make adjustments and eventually figure it out in another 15 years.

We don't have any sure wins left on the schedule.

There are a few teams we should beat like a drum, but I'm not counting on anything.

Gotta be 1990... we started out 3-1 then proceeded to lose 6 of our last 7.
