We run a Pro Offense with a semi-pro OL, semi-pro Receivers, and high school QBs.

Why is anyone surprised this isn't working?

Agree...but by far the biggest of the problems is at QB. I think we could have merely adequate tailbacks but if we had a top tier quarterback, we would be in much better shape than we are with top tier running backs and an badly inconsistent quarterback. A pro offense is always going to be defined by the quality of the QB.
