I'm seeing some stuff on other message boards that suggest Kelly might not be back next year. supposedly jim kelly does not like all the bubble screens we are doing and I guess some feel that Kelly may opt for NFL. (if he has a good year and projected high draft pick). my question is what do you think the probability is that Chad Kelly will be back next year and if not, who do we have that can replace him?

well...considering he flat out said this on national television during the game....you can drop the "supposedly". This isn't some message board insider info...

I suggest you stay off other message boards or take everything they say w/ a grain of salt. Too early for this crap.

Christ I wish people would stop talking about Jim Kelly's criticism of the bubble screen. If Chad leaves early it has nothing to do with bubble screens. Kelly has an NFL arm, I wouldn't be surprised if he leaves early.

What are your thoughts on Bill Laforge? Enlighten me.

So far I really like Bill Laforge. Best president we have had since Kent Wyatt.

If Kelly leaves for the NFL it probably also bodes well for Ole Miss. Would probably mean he played fairly well

I'm sorry.
My parents live in Lake Village. So Greenville is really the only "city" to go to haha

Under Bill LaForge, Delta State has seen an enrollment drop for the first time in decades, he's gutted popular programs (who the frick eliminates the entire journalism program for a 4 year school?), and he's laid off teachers due to his inability to raise money or secure more funding for the school. He is hated by most of the faculty and students. And he's fricking the VP. How bad were those other presidents

Yeah, those 300-400 yard games are killing him. He should handoff to the running back more.

Shite, you are indeed the one with "Insideradvantage" where info is concerned.

This; I doubt Kelly will leave Ole Miss this year unless we get to at least a NY6 bowl.

I hear the pros need a 3rd or 4th arm in camp.
He gone.
He gone.

He's not going anywhere. With his history of volatile behavior, the risk/reward isn't there for a top round pick. He could easily finish Top 3 in the SEC in passing this year. Maybe #1. If he does that two years in a row, he could be a first round pick. But he needs to demonstrate consistent behavior on and off the field.
