Directv and Dish could go Dark tomorrow on over 100 channels

From what I can tell they issued dish and dirrctv a 24 hour extension. However it doesn't look like it effects CBS in Atlanta. , but it does in Columbus
The media that owns these stations want double the rates. They are not allowed to carry any networks without a contract , per the FCC
I saw someone mention it on UGA board.
Anyone else aware of this??

Use livetv or firstrow.
I use them all the time to play off computers so I can watch a few games at once

As much as we hate cable companies they don't seem to have the same problem of showdowns with content providers as dish companies.

KLFY - CBS affiliate in Lafayette, LA will go dark in about an hour and a half on DTV. No contract has been renewed yet.

I have an OTA antenna connected to my Directv system. I'm good rain, shine, or contract dispute.

The one day I'm glad I don't have DirecTV. I miss it though and I hate Comcast
