He was successful at Wisconsin but the script was laid out when he got there. I think he walked into a mess at Arkansas and never fully understood how to create his own winner

I hope Bielema and Butch both get contract extensions in the next couple of years. They both just need a little more time.

Scheme is sound and can play with the big boys.
Better recruiting. Ark does not have enough talent to support a SEC team when you are going up against the teams you have to beat in the west. Mississippi has more talent than Ark and supports two sec schools.
Going into bordering states is not easy for Ark - your not beating A&M and Texas for recruits there, your not beating Oklahoma for recruits there, your not beating LSU for recruits there.
Recruiting and talent will define hogs and even a top notch coach will have trouble winning consistently there.
