The actual headline of the article:
"Flipping the Field: Ohio State-Michigan State has Big Ten looking like dominant SEC of BCS era"
You can't argue against the headline. Michigan State is the only team in the country the last two seasons that finished in the top 5 of the two major polls. They beat the Big 12 conference champ last year. They beat the Pac 12 champ in the Rose Bowl. They beat Oregon this past Saturday.
Ohio State is the defending national champ.

The problem isn't the title. It's the article.
In 2013, both South Carolina and Missouri finished in the top 5 in the polls. In 2012, 3 East teams finished in the top 9 (SC, UGA and UF). If the East was the B1G, I guess they could've got an article written about them in 2014 saying how awesome they were.

Meanwhile, the SEC East already looks like it's still the same old spaghetti pile it has been for the past decade.
