I'm still debating on going or not. I really want to see the improvements around the stadium.

I'm pumped to see them. Might head to the stadium an hour earlier than usual to walk around and see everything

go - have fun, tailgate, check it all out. it's the home opener and W-B has never been better. can't wait to hear our crowd crank it up inside.

Looks great.. Love Williams Brice!

Kinda OT - but anybody wish we had straight sidelines? I kinda do. I feel like fans would be closer to the action (louder) since we don't have a lowered field. What are the benefits of straight or curved sidelines?

What's on the 25 yard line and where's my palmetto tree?

Gamecock Club is being honored for its 75th Aniversary tonight. Crescent & Palmettos will return to the field.

Grounds crew painted this logo without the Block C/Gamecock. Kept it clean and with the iconic midfield logo in place the "less is more" was effective.

GCC did a great job with the official logo for the 75th Anniversary.

Were there a lot of people walking around the plaza?

How did the new gate system work?

How does the statue of Boo look standing there?

The gate system seemed to work fine for me. Got in the stadium about 10 minutes before 2001. Saw a ton of people on the plaza before and after the game. The statue looked pretty good, although it was dark and after the game when I walked by. There were a lot of people taking photos with it.
