Who is PS1?
The answer is Bauta. I hope we see exactly 0 "Wald Dawg" plays this year.

I should have known this. I'm ashamed.
Marshall needs his own nickname - "half of Gurshall" blows.

I hate the wildcat or wild dawg formation. I absolutely despise it. Unless someone like McFadden is running it, the formation is a dead giveaway and there is no threat of a passing game.

I mostly agree with you, but you may want to consider our longest pass play during the 2014 season.

Gurley was God in cleats for the first 6 games of last season.
Also, the fact that we didn't have a 50 yard completion from a QB last year is really, really sad.

Im not saying do a whole drive down the field out that formation. But when the opportunity presents itself which offensive player would maximize the effectiveness of it. A read option for a short yardage situation would wear out defenses, keeping drives alive. Imagine being a LB trying to figuring out who to tackle and if he makes the wrong decision it could be a touchdown

Not opposed to Wild Dawg but we used to make it so obvious.

If it were that easy everyone would be using it.

This is way oversimplifying it. Also, with our OL and Chubb, this scenario happens as often in our normal offense as it would in a gimmick formation. We just don't need it.

you could say this for just about every single play during the course of a game.

I remember when Boise State was running the wild smirf.

Bauta in the pistol with either Chubb or Michel at RB would be a killer Wild Dawg formation. He can throw or run and the RB threat would absolutely freeze the ILBs and the Free Safety.
Run it for a series rather than just one play.
