It's prostate and hopefully they caught it quick. If they did prostate cancer is usually very curable. I will be praying for him.

Wow, sorry to hear that. Didn't your prior OC have to leave coaching because of an illness; Parkinson's maybe?

I am a prostate cancer survivor, also a colo-rectal cancer survivor.....if it is early stage (stage 1 or stage 2), he'll miss 2-3 weeks....if it is stage 3, then he'll have to do radiation and chemotherapy, and how much time he misses will be dictated by how he handles the treatment....cancer is terrible, but it is not the automatic death sentence that it once was

Yes, Steve Kragthorpe. It was announced right before the 2011 season started.
