I'm so sick of this shite. Why not let the past be the past, since nobody today was affected by the 3/5ths compromise, and just let everyone be counted 100% and equal as it should be?

I don't think any minorities are asking for special treatment simply an even playing field which some people are clearly afraid of. There are clear cut double standards in this country that some folks just don't want to admit exist and when minority's bring them up people try to shame them into silence.
Anytime you have a country where employers will profile people based on there first name you have a serious problem there. I'm just saying don't get angry about facts
