DB bench max is 65 (bad form likely)
Leg press max is probably around 550 or so

I'm pretty good at basketball so I don't wanna give that up ha

Not a bad workout.

I usually split up days

Chest/tri

Legs/shoulder

Back/bi

Then after a few weeks switch everything up and do tri/bi and chest/back.

Shoulder workouts will also help you with bench a lot.
