So the top part of the new end zone is see through. Does that mean items beside people's feet can be knocked off to fall below?

It's see through because it isn't finished

One is grass. They were watering it yesterday...

I don't understand why people can't figure that part out?

Good, I was scared it was finished

Spirit posters will worry about it until they see it in person

Did I read somewhere that the plaza area outside of the stadium won't be completed until next season, or did I dream that up?

Yes. People will need to be careful infants don't fall to their death due to a design flaw

Nick Brassell is going to sleep under that and sell the cell phones he collects.

Pretty sure you read that correctly.

I will be pumped about however the NEZ ends up looking, see through or not. I don't know what to expect and I'm no expert, but if it's not going to be see through then they are doing it differently than I've ever seen.
Kyle Field had a steel frame but used multiple prefabricated concrete sections.
Like I said, I'm no expert but I was expecting something more like Kyle and ours is being done completely differently. I guess we'll see.
Edit: Not the damn triple deck structure , the way they put the concrete sections onto the beams

God that is huge. We do not need that.

Thanks dude. Been waiting for updates.
I'm always thinking of ideas but Rebel Yell played at VHS either right before kickoff or after half time would be sweet.

The aesthetics of the Rebel Club really grind my gears.

Same here. I know it would be crazy expensive, but I hope they tear it down and build a completely new structure at some point. If we are ever going to make the stadium look like we want, we have to do something about the Rebel Club and touching it up won't do the job.
We can't half-arse a stadium that we are going to occupy for the rest of eternity so just wait until the right moment and start from scratch like LSU did. Same with the West pressbox.

We don't need to tear it down completely, just redo the roof to get rid of the modern-y look one in favor of something that looks like the SEZ

That's a half-arse way to deal with it imo. It looks completely different than the SEZ other than the red seats and putting a red roof won't change that. If we end up just putting lipstick on the pig, we will end up with at least 3 different looking decks/pressboxes.
From the chatter, I'm assuming we will eventually tear down the West box and replace it with something in line with the SEZ look, so why can't we do the same thing with the East? Both sideline boxes need to span further down the sideline in the future too.
