Both sideline boxes need to span further down the sideline in the future too.

I feel like expanding the east and west side boxes to stretch further down the sidelines and adding overhangs to match the SEZ to both sides would do wonders in making the stadium "match" more.

I think a cool concept would be expanding the SEZ design throughout the east side and NEZ -- think continuous, symmetrical, matching boxes and overhangs with pockets in the corners for Jumbotron screens. Then on the west side add a "grand" structure with boxes and an upper deck. Something like Kansas State's press box with an upper deck above all.

ETA: this would obviously be a master plan. Start by matching the NEZ with SEZ with the next expansion.

Then connect the NEZ and SEZ with matching, continuous boxes.

The third phase would be updating the west side boxes to resemble that of Kansas State (or something similar).

The final phase would be an upper deck to the updated west side structure.

That's awesome...a little starkville esque . You should post that to the main board haha.

This is exactly what I envision if we ever build an upper deck. It's unlikely that we will need much more than one and 2 dinky ones would look less cool (Mizzou). If it conforms with the other sides our stadium would be one of the best looking stadiums in the league.

If it happens, they should put a huge overhang on the upper deck like this ish:

My favorite part is the scoreboard

What about wrap the south endzone club level around the East and West side of the stadium in a horseshoe and leave the NEZ open for a giant upper deck?

The possibilities are endless fellas.

I just want them to get those damn power lines down. Drove by the stadium Monday. The stadium looks larger with the end zone enclosed.

But those power lines have got to go.

It is an improvement on what you had last year, in many ways.

I got it one piece at a time...

It only took 50 mi!lion to build the South Endzone. I know inflation and all but still, we could have done better. Now were stuck with a shitty metal section in our stadium for the next 50 years.

I can't believe this could even happen. It's like they ignored the single biggest issue with the north endzone and I just don't understand why we couldn't have put some kind of concrete veneer up like many schools do now. It looks cheap on the outside and cheap on the inside.

Bet it will be LOUD. Aren't students going to be most of the fans in that End Zone?
