We had Moreno and Gurley as first rounders, but other than that the last 15 years have been pretty lean with drafted UGA RBs. Musa Smith drafted in the 3rd. Thomas Brown in the 6th. Verron Haynes in the 5th.

Oddly enough, all of the RB's mentioned in the article are not from the state of Al.
Bama:
Trent Richardson- Fl.
Mark Ingram- NJ
Eddie Lacy- La.

Auburn:
Ronnie Brown- Ga.
Ben Tate- Md.
Tre Mason- Fl.

Shouldn't 15 years include Shaun Alexander? He was drafted in 2000. That would be 3 in the top round.

Damn I feel old now, 15 years ago..
