This is all Roger Goodell's fault. He started all this crap about safety precautions and basically making the game of football as strict as basketball.
I don't care about the face mask but it's just ridiculous what they're doing is just making it not fun for the players or fans. Also glad Mike Slive left. He was just as guilty in all this mess as anyone else.

College football is becoming the No Fun League. How much longer until this sport becomes an unwatchable shell of its former self with flags being thrown every damn play?

I don't see the point with the facemask rule. Seems like those would protect the face very well.
