I vote Gus but the other two are close second and third.

All 3 are equally terrible at developing any talent whatsoever.

0-3 in bowl games this year, mostly because they couldn't develop a QB

Les has three QBs who have started in the NFL at some point in their career. How do the other two and Burt match up?

Les see:
2005
Jamarcus Russell 2,500+ yard passer. SECCG appearance, Peach Bowl victory. #5 national rank
2006
Jamarcus Russell 3,000+ yard passer. Sugar Bowl victory. #4 national rank #1 draft choice
2007
Matt Flynn 2,800 yard+ passer. SECC, BCSNC, #1
ranking, pretty high NFL draft choice.
2008-2011
Ryan Perrilloux - started and won 2007 SECCG over Tennessee. Heisman potention. Miles 'developed him' by dismissing him from the team after multiple chances.
Was left with freshmen and both 4-star recruits Jarrett Lee and Jordan Jefferson 2008-11
Still won 9 games in '09, 11 games in '10, and 13-1 SEC Champions in '11
2012-2013
Zach Mettenberger
2013 First combination of 3,000+ yard passer, 1,000 yard rusher and 2 1,000 yard receivers in history.
2014
Sophomore Anthony Jennings and true freshman Brandon Harris.
Minus 17 starters gone to NFL.
2015
We'll see how much Jennings and Harris have improved.

Bert should be canceled out. He never recruited the one good QB he ever coached.

So LSU had only 4 returning starters in 2014?

Nick is on the verge of saying "frick it!" and running the single-wing. Just eliminate the QB position entirely.

You post this but when did the last great qb come out of the sec. Probably Cam Newton and he isn't a great qb so they're really hasn't been any good development to go around
