To do what? Hang out at the one decent bar or go to a trailer park party?

I guess a trailer park party is better than a ghetto, right?

The campus of Alabama is gorgeous, but the city of Tuscaloosa itself is awful compared to the city of Auburn.

Yeah not sure about that. Certainly more to do in Tuscaloosa. Auburn is more of a relaxed, fervent SEC football environment with a very traditional southern college town.

I don't fault people for choosing one over the other, as they're pretty different.

Hey, they had their big rodeo two weekends ago - it was a great party scene in Auburn.

I know a few Bama students from central Alabama that went over for that schindig even though the Greek spring parties were going on Bama's campus.

Don't be a simpleton. Forget what you think you know. Its one persons opinion you don't agree with...doesn't mean you have to play up to the stereotype.
