Her biggest mistake was not directly apologizing to the attendant in her statement. It tells me she actually is as entitled and bitchy as she is acting in the video. Makes the whole apology read like she's sorry because she got caught and publicly shamed for her behavior.

How I feel as well. She doesn't give a shite. She's "apologizing" because ESPN told her to. I'd be willing to bet the clerk hasn't heard a damn word from her.
