I'm 6'3" 210 run and go to the gym religiously. But I can put a lot of bigger guys to shame with the amount I can eat when I really want to. My normal diet is healthy as frick made up mostly of protein and fruits/vegetables. My cheat meal on my cheat day on the other hand is ridiculous how many calories I can put away.

Need to try one of those eating challenges at some point

I can't. I rarely go to a restaurant and eat everything on my plate. I ran two miles after work and have only eaten an apple and some corn tortilla chips.

Sounds like you and I ate a lot alike. I'm 6'2 and 195. Also pretty devoted to gym and eating healthy. When I want to get my grub on, though. Watch out.

When we go out to eat with a group, everyone gets the clean plate award because I'll finish all the food. I have a buddy who is a huge dude (played OL for an sec school and still in shape) and I can eat him under the table.

I can, but I really shouldn't.

Wait until you get domesticated. When I was early to mid 20s - I was almost identical to you (6'3" weight fluctuated between 190 and 220). I would run/walk everywhere, and was at the HYPER on a regular basis.

I'm domesticated now, and can REALLY pack it away if I want. No way I'm running 6 miles even if I'm being chased. I still lift and do cardio, but I'm not in my 20s anymore. Enjoy it while you can.

I never really get full. I live a pretty active life and hit the gym 3-5 days a week but I'll probably never get skinny because I'm never not hungry.

I've put down 3-4 breakfast tacos without realizing it and are an entire stuffed crust (in my teens)

I mean, I'm 5'11 and 175-180 so I'm not huge I'll just never be able to turn off the eating.

How old are you? I'm 6'3" and used to be able to put away a ridiculous amount of food. Around my mid 30's though, the ability started to wane. When I hit 40, it went away completely.

We ordered pizza the other night and I was full after 2 slices. I used to eat an entire large in one sitting.

I'm also 6'3. I was probably around 170 soaking wet when I met my wife. Marriage (my wife's awesome cooking) had ballooned me up to about 230. I dieted early this year and got back down to about 210. Probably back up into the 220s now.

As for big eating, at Citricos at Disney World last year I ordered a veal shank special and finished the whole thing. The waitress said she had never seen anyone finish the whole plate. I felt absolutely awful afterward, though.
