I was wearing a Royals shirt today while I went to get lunch at Subway in Columbia. The lady behind the counter said "I like your shirt!" to which I replied "thanks, we're definitely outnumbered here in Columbia" (obviously referring to being outnumbered by cardinals fans). However the lady replies "yeah I know, I refuse to allow any Tigers fans in my house". At first I had no clue what she was talking about so I just kind of laughed, but I realized after I sat down that she thought I was a kU fan because I was wearing a Royals shirt. FML

Are you sure she wasn't referring to the team that has owned the division lately?

If she's your typical kansan, between the dozen or so dogs and cats roaming around, the unattended children all with different fathers crawling around on the floor, and the Elvis collector plates, there probably isn't room in her single-wide to let anybody in.
