And why exactly would Chavis need to sue A&M to get them to pay the buyout?
knew the moronic aggie twist would come around eventually. Keep telling yourselves that he went to A&M because y'all are such a great program and not because he's trying to squeeze every penny out of his retirement though

Where does suing aTm fit into this? If he loses the lawsuit, aTm just pays the buyout. There's no need for him to sue them for that to happen.
