The barometer to make the CFB HOF as a coach is really low. Richt is a 100% lock and Pinkel has a very good shot at making it. Bielema is also well on his way. He just needs to coach for a few more years.

Pinkel is another in the same boat as Richt. I could see both getting in.

Paul Dietzel won a consensus national title and hasn't made the cut.

While Pinkel is a very good coach, I think you must have multiple conference championships at minimum. Gary earned one while at Toledo. Major bowl victories should be a prerequisite as well.
