1..Genghis Khan- Led an unstoppable army of the finest mounted forces maybe ever..the only man that could have held that force together

2..Isoroku Yamamoto- The Japanese were running wild early in the war and were still in it until the US shot down his plane depriving the Empire of its finest strategic mind.

3..Stonewall Jackson- outstanding leader and the South's finest corps commander, had he lived might the South have won at Gettysburg? Very likely.

4..Vo Nguyen Giap- led the North Vietnamese to strategic victories over the French and the United States, not winning many battles but ultimately winning the wars.

5..Chester Nimitz- turned the tide in the Pacific at Midway, plus turned the US Navy from a battered shell of a force after Pearl Harbor to a massive avenging armada by the end of the war.

For you military buffs you may enjoy this youtube documentary on the The Winter War between Finland and Russia. The Fins really used the home field terrain to their advantage despite being greatly out numbered.

Had he lived Gettysburg would not have happened. He would of told Lee to just keep playing defense. Draw the war out, and eventually we would of gotten a treaty. That or the British show up.
