You might want to look up the definition of "native". The Patterson's are not native to Shreveport. They are however, very decent people.

and lastly any sane person should be happy about beating an in-conference team, this is the SEC anything can happen on any saturday. Lets not make football so personal.

He's an Ohio Native who came to S'port from Texas. His favorite school was Ohio State but their situation isn't conducive to him at this time.
I don't believe he'll end up at LSU, but I do believe the West Coast schools will make a big run at him. USC would be his best option for both college success and playing in the NFL.

because sanchez, matt bark, palmer, and others have really lit up the pros...those guys would be mediocre to backups regardless of where they went to college

USC has more people in the NFL at the QB position than any SEC team. Your offense at Ole Miss isn't going to impress scouts at the next level.
I'm not knocking Ole Miss or any SEC team, but I don't think any intelligent football fan could possibly think otherwise.
