FWIW a friend of mine who's a big UK stat guy text me this earlier:
Of the 10 UK teams that have made the Final Four since 1969 (the year Coleman Coliseum opened), 6 of them played Alabama at Coleman Coliseum during the regular season. UK was 3-3 in those games. Even our great teams struggle in Tuscaloosa.

Wrong. Both Bilas and Williams have said UK could lose this game. I don't think anyone predicts it happening (including myself), but they could.

No one predicted that we'd even be close and we took em to the wire and then some so who knows.

Every graphic that they've shown during our basketball games have included Alabama. So yes.

Well...ole miss and Ags took UK to OT...don't think it's far fetched for Bama to beat them at home. Will be a good one

Coleman Coliseum is Kentuckys worst nightmare. But to be fair it's a nightmare to any basketball enthusiast

Bama doesn't get beat....ever. They just beat themselves.
UK - 161, Bama - 2.

Big emphasis by Cal this week about getting more production off the blocks with Dakari and Karl-Anthony Towns. Could be a big breakout day for Dakari

Not with Grant as your coach

UK's size will definitely be an issue for Alabama. We really only have two big men. Kentucky will likely dominate the boards, a lot of teams do against us.

I absolutely detest most bama bball fans... well they aren't actually fans... this is what happens when you have a bunch of sidewalkers for the football team and they have nothing to do with themselves but dis all other Bama sports.
Calipari has always shown great respect for Bama and Grant.. I remember in his 1st championship with UK someone asked him who was the toughest team he faced and he immediately said ALabama.. he said he loved how hard Grant's teams play... now if we hit open shots.. it's a long day for anyone in the country.. Lord knows we take enough o them lol.

90% of OOS students don't care about the BBall team at all. It's just not advertised on campus and they didnt grow up watching some pretty good teams like the current in-state students
