I know he is at least speaking at their graduation. Thought that was weird

It is 100 percent true. I have spoken with a few lawyers in Oxford and Jackson about it and they are not happy to say the least.

He comes there like once a year for random shite

It's ironic cause Finebaum would absolutely be the worst lawyer of all time.

Sup. 1L.
And Finebaum doing the graduation speech is hilarious. I'm sure he'll truly inspire this year's graduates to do great things.

It's not THAT bad if you're good with time management, which last semester I wasn't in the slightest
These past few weeks of class I've stayed on top of work and kept ahead and its much more manageable and I don't feel like I'm floating in a sea of information quite as much anymore. Still is the hardest academic environment I've ever been in though, easily.
I wouldn't do it unless you know you can handle the workload. You're going to read more than you've ever done or expected to in your life, and classroom environment will be driven by what you contribute to class. If you don't know what you're talking about, the teachers will know and hammer you with questions.
Overall, I like it. It's challenging and is not as boring as college was. Just a metric frick ton of work.

That's patently false. Your alters may suck, but you swallow.
